Dutch-Speaking Sales Representative

We place Dutch-speaking sales professionals with international brands running their Dutch-market operations from Lisbon. Structured environments, real targets, and a performance bonus that meaningfully moves your monthly take-home.

What you'll do

• Engage Dutch-speaking customers via inbound and outbound calls
• Present products and offers, handle objections and close
• Run retention, upsell and winback campaigns
• Log all interactions in CRM and report against individual sales targets

What we're looking for

• Fluent in Dutch — C1/C2 level
•  English at B2 or above
• Confident, persuasive communicator — comfortable in a target-driven environment
• Previous sales, retention or telemarketing experience preferred
• EU work authorisation or valid Portuguese residence permit
