About the Role

We are looking for Dutch-speaking Technical Customer Support professionals for an international project in Lisbon.

You will assist customers with support-related inquiries while working in an international on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer and technical assistance
• Communicate clearly with Dutch-speaking customers
• Support customers with their inquiries and issues
• Maintain a professional customer experience

Schedule

Rotational shifts:

• Monday–Friday: 08:00–20:00
• Saturday–Sunday: 08:00–17:00
• Two rotational days off

Expected start date: 15 October 2026
