E-Commerce Brand Shop Manager Shopify & Salesforce Commerce Cloud

We are looking for an E-Commerce Brand Shop Manager to take ownership of our online brand stores and help us deliver a best-in-class shopping experience across international markets. In this role, you will manage and continuously improve our brand shops on Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. You will be responsible for day-to-day shop operations, product launches, content updates, UX improvements, SEO, conversion optimization, and performance analysis. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines commercial thinking, strong execution, analytical skills, and a good technical understanding of modern e-commerce platforms.

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of our online brand stores and daily e-commerce operations.

• Manage and improve shops running on Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

• Launch and maintain products, collections, campaigns, landing pages, and shop content.

• Improve revenue, conversion rates, customer experience, and overall shop performance.

• Optimize shop structure, navigation, product pages, landing pages, and user journeys.

• Create, update, and manage content, including: landing pages, product pages, blog articles, FAQs, and campaign pages.

• Drive SEO improvements through content, shop structure, metadata, internal linking, and technical optimizations.

• Analyze traffic, conversion, search behavior, sales performance, and customer journeys to identify growth opportunities.

• Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and technical teams.

• Support small technical shop improvements using basic HTML and CSS where needed.

• Identify issues, propose improvements, and follow through until implementation.

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms; Shopify experience is strongly preferred.

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a strong advantage.

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

• Good understanding of SEO principles and practical content optimization.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear actions.

• Strong sense for UX, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.

• Structured, reliable, and comfortable working independently.

• Able to take ownership instead of only executing tasks.

• Fluent English skills are required; German skills are a plus.

• Interest in gaming, hardware, technology, or consumer electronics is a strong plus and highly appreciated.
