E-Commerce Risk Analyst Global Digital Platform

Contract: CDD 6 months

Salary: Base × 14 months | Meal allowance 7.63€/day

Bonus / Extra: €100 complexity bonus × 11 months

Relocation: Shared accommodation for relocators from outside Portugal (up to 12 months). No flight ticket.

About the Role

A specialist fraud and risk role for experienced German-speaking professionals, supporting a major global e-commerce and digital platform in Lisbon. You will review transactions, identify suspicious activity, and make risk-based decisions to protect the platform's integrity. Minimum 2 years of e-commerce fraud or risk experience is required — this is not a standard CS role.

What You Will Do

• Review German-market transactions and accounts for fraud indicators
• Make risk-based decisions on account flagging, restriction, or escalation
• Follow structured fraud detection protocols and compliance frameworks
• Document all decisions and rationale accurately
• Identify patterns and contribute to ongoing fraud prevention improvements
• Participate in calibration sessions and team briefings

What We Are Looking For

• • Good English skills
• Mandatory: minimum 2 years of experience in an e-commerce fraud or risk environment
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Comfortable with high-volume, fast-paced review environment
• • EU ID, valid Portuguese residence permit, or equivalent
