The SAD project is a strategic European initiative within Bosch focused on growing the Direct-to Consumer (D2C) business for Power Tools through marketplaces, digital channels, and future eShops. The Lisbon Hub acts as a strategic and operational support center for several European markets, working closely with international teams across e-commerce, marketing, logistics, customer support, IT, and finance. Our goal is to build a strong, customer-centric, and scalable D2C business while continuously improving the digital customer experience and operational efficiency. We are a dynamic, flexible, and collaborative team, adapting our roles and responsibilities as the project evolves and grows.
