Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Lawyers For Our Lisbon Office

Job Description

We are looking for senior lawyers (2 positions) and a junior lawyer (1 position) for the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice in our Lisbon office.

Requirements

• Integrity, humility and commitment.


• Law degree.


• At least 3 years of post-qualified experience (PQE), for the junior position, and 7 years of PQE, for the senior positions, in Corporate/transactional practice (private equity, real estate, finance, etc.).


• Specific experience in Emerging Companies & Venture Capital is valued, both in giving advice to emerging and high-growth companies as well as to founders and investors, on matters such as investment rounds, exits, stock option plans, international expansion, etc.


• Fluency in Portuguese, English and the use of artificial intelligence tools.


• Knowledge of Spanish is valued.
