English Customer Agent

About the Role 

We are looking for an English-speaking support specialist to join an international team supporting an all-in-one paid subscription service for a leading global technology and digital platform in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist subscribers across the app family with subscription options, account management, and technical issues.
• Perform targeted outbound calls to resolve subscriber inquiries faster and deliver a personalized support experience.
• Educate subscribers on exclusive product features and AI capabilities to maximize platform value.
• Monitor user feedback to spot trends, troubleshoot recurring issues, and minimize service disruptions.

Requirements

• English proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written)
• Customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and account management knowledge
• Familiarity with technical support for digital products and artificial intelligence (AI) tools
• Valid work authorization for Portugal (EU Member State ID, valid Residence Permit with at least 6 months validity, or valid Temporary Protection Certificate)
• Note: AIMA appointments and AIMA proof of document submission are NOT accepted.
