Customer Support Specialist | AI & Technology

Are you passionate about technology and AI?

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join an international team supporting consumers and business users of a cutting-edge AI platform.

In this role, you’ll combine your customer service and technical troubleshooting skills to help users get the most out of innovative AI products.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide professional and efficient support across multiple channels


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and account-related issues


• Support customers with billing and invoicing queries


• Assist with account access and login issues


• Guide, support and train customers on how to use the platform and its products


• Provide timely, accurate and useful responses


•  Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting quality and performance targets

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in Tech Support, Technical Customer Support or a similar environment


• A tech-savvy mindset and genuine curiosity about new technologies


• Interest in AI and emerging technologies is a strong plus


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


• Customer-focused attitude and ability to handle multiple queries efficiently


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment


• Fluent  English
