About the Role: 

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in growing their businesses through digital advertising. You will engage with clients across multiple channels; chat, email, and phone providing pre- and post-sales support, product assistance, and troubleshooting to enhance their overall experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with their digital advertising needs, providing expert guidance on self-serve ad platforms.
• Offer pre- and post-sales support, ensuring clients maximize the value of their advertising campaigns.
• Provide technical product support to improve customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and effectively across chat, email, and phone to address client inquiries.
• De-escalate customer concerns using strong soft skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client data.
• Work collaboratively with team members and internal departments to drive customer success.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (C1 minimum) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathetic and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Strong team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Fast learner with the capacity to quickly understand new tools and platforms.
• Previous experience in customer service, digital advertising, or tech support is a plus.
