This is an on-site role in Lisbon, where you'll collaborate with diverse professionals, learn fast, and grow in a supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and grow B2B client portfolios via phone, email, or chat
• Provide smart advertising or marketing solutions tailored to business goals
• Onboard new advertisers or upsell services to existing users
• Build solid customer relationships and overcome objections with ease
• Work with performance goals and contribute to a high-impact team

What We're Looking For

• English fluency at C1 level or higher - that's the only language requirement
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer support is a plus, not a must
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging new people
• Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Must have EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
