Requirements

Fluency in English
Ability to communicate in a clear, polite, and friendly manner

Main Activities & Responsibilities

Deliver service and support customers by phone in the English language
Give information, solutions on the offered products/services
Ensure the highest level of Customer Service
Update all new customers' requests in the company' software
