About the Opportunity: We are seeking an ambitious and target-driven Sales Developer (English Market) to join an international team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to new potential clients, guiding them through onboarding, and helping them maximize their engagement with digital advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales & Engagement: Reach out to prospective clients via outbound calls to drive engagement and complete onboarding.
• Consultative Selling: Utilize market and industry knowledge to deliver high-value pitches and handle client objections effectively.
• Digital Strategy: Help clients understand digital media mix planning and optimize their presence on the platform.
• Relationship Management: Engage key decision-makers and build strong, lasting commercial relationships.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: High proficiency / native level in English (Spoken and Written).
• Sales Acumen: Strong background or skills in consultative selling, objection handling, and high-value pitching.
• Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing concepts and digital media mix planning.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to identify business opportunities and influence decision-makers without direct authority.
• Work Authorization: Valid authorization to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.

Working Conditions & Benefits:

• Work Model: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
