Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting an innovative international company working with advanced AI and generative AI technologies.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with a customer support or technical background who are interested in AI and new technologies. You’ll support both consumers and business users while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing technology environment.

Your Role:

Support customers across multiple communication channels
Resolve billing, invoicing and account access enquiries
Troubleshoot platform and product-related technical issues
Guide customers on using products and features effectively
Investigate and resolve technical problems
Deliver timely, accurate and high-quality customer support

Your Qualifications:

Fluent English, written and spoken
Technical background or previous experience in IT/technical support is an advantage
Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus
Strong interest in AI, technology and digital products
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused and comfortable troubleshooting issues
Comfortable working with rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment
