Main Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or outbound calling experience — mandatory
• Fluent English with clear and easily understandable pronunciation
• Strong prospecting and client communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
• Able to build and manage B2B relationships
• EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal
• Available to work on-site in Lisbon

About the Role
You will work with business clients and agency partners in a digital advertising environment. Depending on your experience and project needs, responsibilities may align with Sales Development, Client Partnership or Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new B2B customers or agency partners
• Conduct outbound calls and strategic outreach
• Qualify leads and develop business opportunities
• Support onboarding and activation
• Build long-term client relationships
• Handle objections and provide solutions
• Help clients improve advertising performance
• Manage client or agency portfolios
