The Role

• Financial Advisory: Serve as the core point of contact for clients in Ireland, managing inquiries regarding retail banking, corporate accounts, asset products, or specialized financial services.
• Transaction & Risk Management: Monitor, verify, and process complex financial transactions, ensuring absolute compliance with Irish and EU banking regulations.
• Account Optimization: Assist clients with account onboarding, loan or credit applications, premium services configuration, and complex problem resolution.
• Data Integrity: Maintain flawless documentation of all customer interactions, compliance checks, and financial updates within the bank's secure internal database.

Working Model & Location

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Flawless written and verbal English (C1 or C2 level).
• Sector Expertise: Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI).
• Market Knowledge: This experience must explicitly be either within Ireland or serving the Irish market from abroad (deep familiarity with Irish banking protocols or customer demographics is essential).
• Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Portuguese work/residence permit already established.
