Your Role

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat
• Identify, analyse and resolve customer queries efficiently
• Deliver excellent service and maintain customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication

Working Hours

• 24/7 rotational shifts (8 hours/day)
• 2 days off per week
• On-site position in Lisbon

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1 or above)
• Already residing in Portugal with valid work permit or EU citizenship
• Availability for rotational shifts, including weekends
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and team spirit
