Job description

Join an English-language customer support team assisting subscribers to a premium digital service used across popular social and messaging platforms.

You will help customers understand subscription options, manage sign-ups and renewals, resolve billing and account questions, explore premium and AI-powered features, and troubleshoot technical issues. 

The role combines responsive customer assistance with targeted outbound calls to resolve existing enquiries.

Key responsibilities

Assist English-speaking subscribers with plan options, registration, renewals, billing and account management.

Guide customers through premium platform features and integrated AI capabilities.

Troubleshoot technical questions and provide clear, helpful resolutions.

Make targeted outbound calls to follow up on and resolve subscriber enquiries.

Observe user feedback, identify recurring problems and support service improvements.

Requirements:

Flent English 

Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
