English-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Job description

Build a better customer experience for subscribers to an integrated digital service. In this English-speaking support position, you will handle subscription activation, plan changes, renewals, payments and account enquiries. You will also guide users through platform features and AI tools, investigate technical problems, and proactively phone subscribers to resolve ongoing cases. You will flag recurring customer issues for further follow-up.

Key responsibilities

Assist English-speaking subscribers with plan options, registration, renewals, billing and account management.

Guide customers through premium platform features and integrated AI capabilities.

Troubleshoot technical questions and provide clear, helpful resolutions.

Make targeted outbound calls to follow up on and resolve subscriber enquiries.

Observe user feedback, identify recurring problems and support service improvements.
