About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting English-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a project supporting business customers who use social media and online advertising services. In this role, you will be a point of contact for small and medium-sized businesses, helping them navigate advertising tools and resolve questions about their accounts and campaigns. This is an opportunity to develop customer service skills while working with widely used digital platforms in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

Assist business customers with account-related questions and platform functionality.

Guide users through advertising tools and campaign-related processes.

Handle customer inquiries through chat, email and phone.

Communicate clearly and professionally, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

C1 or higher level of English.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Customer-oriented attitude, empathy and problem-solving skills.

Ability to learn digital tools and processes quickly. Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential for suitable entry-level candidates.

A valid Portuguese residence permit and legal authorisation to work in Portugal are required.

Work conditions

Location: Lisbon, Portugal.

Work model: on-site.

Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week, with 8 working hours per day plus a lunch break.

Rotational shifts; exact shift allocation is confirmed during the recruitment process.

Initial training is provided in English.
