About the Role

We are looking for a motivated English-speaking professional (C1/C2 level) with a strong interest in digital advertising and B2B sales to join an international team based in Portugal.

As a Digital Advertising Sales Specialist, you will engage with business clients, manage outbound calls, and help them grow through effective online advertising solutions. Youll be part of a global digital marketing project where you can develop your expertise in ad-tech and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and consult B2B clients to understand their advertising needs.

• Manage outbound sales calls and present tailored digital marketing solutions.

• Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies and marketing professionals.

• Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.

• Meet monthly targets and contribute to overall project goals.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (C1/C2) written and spoken.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in one of the following:

  • B2B or outbound sales, OR

  • Working with or within digital advertising agencies / ad-tech companies.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge or passion for digital marketing, media buying, or online advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic tools).

• Eligible to work in Portugal no relocation package provided.
