About the role

Looking to start or develop your career in customer support? Cross Border Talents has an opportunity in Lisbon for English-speaking candidates interested in digital services and social media platforms. You will support business customers with everyday questions about their accounts and advertising tools. Previous experience is not essential for candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to learn quickly.

Key responsibilities

Assist business customers with general platform and account inquiries.

Provide guidance on advertising tools and service features.

Handle questions through chat, email and phone.

Follow support guidelines and work towards a positive customer experience.

Requirements

C1 or higher English.

Good communication and listening skills.

Basic computer literacy and confidence using online platforms.

Patience, adaptability and willingness to learn.

No previous professional experience is required, although customer-facing experience is an advantage.

A valid Portuguese residence permit and legal authorisation to work in Portugal are required.

Work conditions

On-site role in Lisbon.

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Rotational shifts.

Structured training is provided in English.
