Job Title: ER Staff Nurse – Emergency Room

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced ER Staff Nurses for a reputed healthcare facility. The ideal candidate should have strong emergency and critical care nursing experience with the ability to work efficiently in a fast -paced Emergency Room environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room
  
• Monitor, assess, and coordinate patient care during shifts
  
• Support emergency procedures and patient transportation
  
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment updates
  
• Follow hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards
  
• Coordinate with doctors, EMTs, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care plans
  
• Respond quickly to emergency situations and clinical changes
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Nursing
  
• Valid Nursing Registration License
  
• Experience in Emergency Room or Critical Care preferred
  
• BLS / ACLS certification preferred
  
• Strong emergency nursing and patient management skills
  
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
  
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast -paced environment
