• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Configure and prototype D365 F&O processes aligned with client operational and business needs
• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and fit-gap analyses to identify solution requirements and process improvements
• Collaborate with developers and technical consultants to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in system design and customization
• Support implementation activities including configuration, testing, data validation, issue resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Document business processes, functional specifications, configurations, and training materials
• Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption of the ERP solution
• Work across cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Advanced Warehouse Management modules
• Assist clients in optimizing and standardizing operational processes through D365 F&O best practices
• Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives throughout project lifecycles
