Right now, we are looking for an EUC
Specialist – L4 / Team Leader to integrate our internal team.

Your responsibilities
include:

• Lead and develop EUC and UCC teams,
  managing workload, performance, on -call coverage, and career progression.
  
• Act as the final technical escalation
  point for complex endpoint, collaboration, security, and application deployment
  issues.
  
• Define and govern endpoint architecture,
  including Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, application packaging, patch
  management, security baselines, and Windows lifecycle management.
  
• Drive endpoint security and compliance
  through Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, AppLocker, Conditional Access, and
  governance frameworks.
  
• Lead DEX and automation initiatives
  using tools such as Nexthink, PowerShell, Terraform, and Infrastructure -as -Code
  practices.
  
• Oversee CMDB accuracy, reporting, vendor
  management, and operational governance.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams,
  clients, and international counterparts to ensure service consistency,
  continuous improvement, and adherence to SLAs.
  
• Support recruitment, onboarding,
  mentoring, and knowledge -sharing across the EUC function.
  

You must have:

• 7+ years of experience in endpoint
  engineering, architecture, and support, including 2+ years in a leadership
  role.
  
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune,
  Windows Autopilot, SCCM, Microsoft 365 endpoint management, and security
  technologies.
  
• Experience with application packaging
  (MSI, MSIX, IntuneWin), patch management, Windows Update for Business, and
  deployment automation.
  
• Advanced knowledge of Defender for
  Endpoint, BitLocker, AppLocker, and endpoint hardening best practices.
  
• Experience with Nexthink (or equivalent
  DEX platform), ServiceNow, and automation frameworks such as PowerShell or
  Terraform.
  
• Strong stakeholder management,
  governance, reporting, and communication skills in English (B2+).
  
• Experience leading technical teams
  within managed services or operational environments.
  

We value:

• Experience in MSP, telecommunications,
  or financial services environments.
  
• Knowledge of RoboPack or similar
  application packaging solutions.
  
• Microsoft, CompTIA, security, or
  endpoint management certifications.
  
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot,
  AI -driven endpoint management, and regulatory frameworks such as DORA, FCA, or
  PRA.
