Your Role:

• Provide outstanding customer support to users of our Betting App
• Assist customers with queries and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Provide expert advice on app usage, betting features, and technical troubleshooting
• Work in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts, including night shifts, to support our customers around the clock
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering top-quality service at all times

Requirements:

• Native Portuguese (European) and English at a B2 level
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Availability for rotating shifts, including night shifts, and 2 days off (rotative)
