Right now, we are looking for a Field Technician to integrate our internal team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide
  first and second-line onsite technical support to end users;
  
• Diagnose
  and resolve incidents related to:
  Computer
  equipment and peripherals;
• Windows
  operating systems;
  
• Microsoft
  365;
  
• Local
  networks and connectivity;
  
• Meeting rooms and collaboration
  equipment;
  
• Install,
  configure, and maintain hardware and software;
  
• Support the
  management of the local IT infrastructure;
  
• Log, track,
  and update incidents and service requests using a ticketing system;
  
• Ensure
  requests are monitored through to resolution;
  
• Liaise with
  internal and/or external technical teams when required;
  
• Travel
  across the Madeira region to provide onsite support.
  

• Proven
  professional experience providing onsite technical support within a corporate
  environment;
  
• Strong
  knowledge of Windows Client operating systems and Microsoft 365;
  
• Solid
  understanding of local area networks (LAN);
  
• Experience
  using ticketing systems;
  
• Valid
  driver's licence and availability to travel within the region;
  
• Residence
  in the Madeira region.
