Finance Assistant (3-month contract, remote, immediate start)

With years of cultivation experience and market knowledge, we tailor our production precisely to consumer preferences and coffee-shop best practices.

We are looking for a Freelance Finance Assistant for a temporary 3-month project in supporting our finance department. The opportunity is fully remote.

Key tasks include:

• Support the Finance Manager in day-to-day financial administration and accounting
• Processing of purchase and sales invoices
• Preparing weekly payment rounds and performing bank reconciliations
• Assist with monthly closings and preparing financial reports

• 2+ years of experience as an IFRS accountant or finance controller
• Fluency in English
• Experience with Odoo ERP is a plus
• Ability to perform freelance work through a legal entity or sole proprietorship, applicable in your location
• Availability for immediate start

• Fully remote work
• Temporary freelance 3 month contract
• Payment: from 2500 to 3500 euro for a month of work, based on candidate's experience
