Finance Controller Assistant

What you'll do

• Ensure all PayPal and bank transfers payments are backed by valid invoices

• Upload and organize all invoices for accounting access

• Perform monthly follow-ups on any missing invoices

• Categorize invoices accurately under L&D, Central Cost, and Technology Consulting Services

• Match IT supply invoices with IT assets across Campus and Faro offices

• Support the monthly upload of bank transfers expenses in Rydoo

• Conduct general financial checks and data analysis using pivot tables

• Assist with accounting controls and support the development of new accounting procedures

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years of experience as Finance Controller Assistant

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and financial data analysis

• Familiarity with expense management tools (e.g., Rydoo) and invoice tracking

• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with finance, IT, and external accounting partners

• Motivation to learn and contribute to improving financial processes
