Finance Operations Manager Master

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management;


• Up to 15 years of professional experience in administrative/financial areas;


• Good knowledge of ServiceNow;


• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence;


• Carry out activities in accordance with the timelines defined in the closing calendars;


• Maintain documents to be issued and recorded (PORs, invoices, etc.) in line with internally defined service levels;


• Deliver the financial report of the area (CAPEX/OPEX) without errors and within the stipulated deadlines;


• Deliver resource and logistics reports without errors and within the stipulated deadlines;


• Prepare documents for Steering Committee meetings (when applicable), using the corporate template;


• Budget control managed by the CoEs area of the DGU (CAPEX and OPEX);


• Preparation and facilitation of working meetings with relevant stakeholders;


• Preparation of reports to consolidate relevant information for area management and decision-making support;


• Development and maintenance of project documentation.
