Financial Services Manager

We are looking for a Financial Services Manager to join our growing Consulting team and lead strategic initiatives across our financial services clients portfolio. This is a key leadership role that combines business development, project delivery, and team management.

As Financial Services Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Driving business development efforts within the financial services sector, identifying new opportunities and building long-term client relationships;
• Leading and managing the delivery of consulting projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, on-time delivery, and strong client satisfaction;
• Hiring, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions tailored to client challenges;
• Representing the company in client engagements, industry events, and internal strategic initiatives.

• 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a solid understanding of its operational, regulatory, and strategic landscape;
• At least 3 years of experience in a consulting firm or a similar client-facing environment;
• Proven ability to lead project teams and deliver complex initiatives for financial services clients;
• Demonstrated success in business development—from opportunity identification to proposal development and deal closing;
• Experience in recruiting and managing talent, including performance management and team leadership;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and inspire teams;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken;
• Familiarity with consulting methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Lean, Agile, Design Thinking);
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
