Finnish Customer Consultant - Work Remote In Greece - Incl. Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for a Finnish Customer Consultant to join our team in a remote role based in Greece, including paid relocation! In this position, you will assist our Finnish-speaking customers with their inquiries, providing them with excellent support and service. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues.
• Resolve concerns and provide solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and services to offer informed and relevant assistance.

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, especially in a remote environment, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Problem-solving abilities and capacity to troubleshoot customer issues.
• Familiarity with CRM software or customer support platforms is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
