Is helping others in your nature? Our client is an international customer experience company, and they are looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Representative with a problem-solving mindset. You will support a leading global healthcare company, handling customers in the Finnish market.

What you'll do

Give B2B and B2C customer support for the Finnish market
Resolve inquiries mainly through inbound calls
Handle back-office tasks, including emails, chats and work in internal applications
Support several products across several markets

Your profile

Native or C1 level Finnish, written and spoken
Strong English, written and spoken (B2 or above), since you will also support the UK market
Good computer skills
Able to show empathy in writing
An analytical mindset for diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
Good at managing your time and reaching goals

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00

In the future, the role may include some nights and weekends, depending on the project's needs
