What Youll Do:

• Deliver top-tier customer service in Finnish (spoken and written)
• Support customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Troubleshoot problems and guide customers with accurate solutions
• Work collaboratively with international teams
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Requirements:

• Fluent in Finnish (C2 level)
• Good command of English (B2 or above)
• EU Citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A customer-first attitude with a positive mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
