Work Setup

To ensure a successful start, your role begins with an on-site onboarding program at our state-of-the-art office in Lisbon. Following this initial training phase, you will move to a flexible hybrid model, splitting your working hours between our modern office space and working remotely from home.

In this position, you will serve as a primary contact for an internationally recognized brand in consumer electronics and home appliances, providing personalized solutions and outstanding support.

Key Responsibilities

Your main focus is to represent a top-tier household brand, ensuring every user interaction is smooth, helpful, and positive:

• Multichannel Assistance: Manage incoming inquiries from Flemish-speaking users via phone, email, and live messaging. Assist with product features, shipping updates, initial setup, warranty details, and general technical inquiries.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Walk clients through step-by-step technical fixes for their devices and appliances, escalating advanced technical issues to specialized engineering teams when required.
• Record Keeping: Log all client contacts, case details, and resolution steps accurately in the CRM database to maintain high quality standards and seamless service continuity.
• Brand Advocacy: Develop deep product expertise and align with company values, maintaining a empathetic, professional tone across all channels.
• Continuous Development: Engage in ongoing training modules to keep up to date with new product releases, firmware updates, and service standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent command of Flemish (C1/C2 level), paired with professional working proficiency in English (B2 level) for internal company communications.
• Location/Relocation: Currently living in Lisbon, or fully prepared to manage and fund your own move to Portugal.
• Communication Style: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, characterized by patience, active listening, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Tech Savviness: Capability to handle multiple software applications, messaging platforms, and databases concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

• Previous background in customer support, contact centers, retail, hospitality, or tech support.
• An interest in consumer electronics, modern home appliances, or smart home technology.

Compensation & Perks

We provide a competitive rewards package structured to deliver financial security and recognize your daily contributions:

• Base Salary: €1,400 gross per month, issued 14 times per year (including standard Portuguese summer and Christmas allowances).
• Language Bonus: An extra €150 monthly allowance recognizing your Flemish language capabilities.
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100 monthly based on meeting quality benchmarks and performance goals.
• Meal Allowance: €7 per working day, adding approximately €140–€150 tax-free net income per month.

Relocation Notice

Please Note: No relocation support is provided for this position. Candidates currently residing outside of Portugal must be prepared to independently fund, arrange, and execute their own travel, temporary housing, and move to Lisbon.
