About the Position

Join a dynamic international team in Lisbon as a Marketing Customer Service professional, providing customer support in French and English within a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in digital marketing, paid campaigns, and customer service who enjoy helping customers while working with advertising and social media products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in French and English.
• Assist customers with questions and issues related to digital marketing and advertising services.
• Support customers using social media and advertising products.
• Provide accurate and efficient solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Apply knowledge of digital advertising and paid campaigns when assisting customers.
• Follow established procedures and service standards.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of an international team.
• Adapt to a dynamic environment and changing customer needs.

Working Schedule

Initial schedule:

• Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 19:00.
• Two shifts: 07:00–16:00 and 10:00–19:00.

Future schedule:

• 24/7 operation, Monday to Sunday.
• Rotational shifts.
• Two rotational days off.
• Schedule to be confirmed.

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in French and English.
• Previous experience in paid campaign management.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in a contact centre or customer service environment, preferably within an advertising technology or digital marketing environment.
• Familiarity with social media products and platforms.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising.
• Strong customer service-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
