Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our international team in Lisbon.
In this role, you will support the French market by assisting customers with inquiries related to home appliances providing solutions, information, and professional assistance to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, communication, and working in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Saturday, 8 hours rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00
️ Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day per week

Profile Required:

• Fluency in French (spoken and written)

• Good level of English (B1+ minimum)

• Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle inquiries with patience, professionalism, and empathy

• Team spirit and adaptability to rotating schedules

Contract Type:

Fixed-term contract (CDD) 6 months

What We Offer:

Compensation:

• Base salary: 900 euro x 14 months

• Performance bonus: 100 euro x 11 months
  ️ Meal allowance: 7.23 euro per working day
  Transport allowance: 20 euro per month
  Paid training from day one
