French Customer Advisor for Financial Services

In this role, you will provide top-notch customer support to our French-speaking clients in the financial sector. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and guide them through our financial product offerings. Key Responsibilities

• Provide responsive and efficient support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding financial services.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Experience in customer service, particularly within financial services, is highly desirable.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
