• Assist clients before and after their campaigns, ensuring a smooth experience with self-service ad tools

• Resolve issues efficiently and deliver clear, proactive communication

• Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve client performance

• Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and enhance the platform

What You Bring:

• Native-level French (spoken and written)

• English proficiency (B2 minimum)

• Strong communication & customer service skills

• Familiarity with social media and digital advertising tools

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including rotating weekends
