French Customer Support Advisor – Braga, Portugal

Location: Braga, Portugal

Work Model: Hybrid

Schedule: Monday–Friday, rotational shifts between 07:00–18:00

Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Eligibility Requirements

• C2/native-level French is mandatory.
• Candidates must already reside in Portugal and live within 50 km of the Braga office.
• Only EU citizens or candidates with valid Portuguese residency and work authorization are eligible.
• No visa sponsorship, relocation support, or accommodation provided.
• Previous contact centre or customer service experience is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: €930 gross/month × 14 salaries
• Performance bonus: €85/month × 12
• Welcome bonus: €2,000, paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year
• Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions about the application's features, functionality, and user experience.
• Provide customer support primarily through inbound calls.
• Support account creation, account management, and balance-related enquiries.
• Explain the application's features and services clearly.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and customer-focused support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in line with internal procedures and quality standards.
