French Customer Support Specialist – Braga, Portugal

As part of our Customer Support Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for French-speaking cardholders and partner merchants — ensuring every transaction runs smoothly and every question is answered with care.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from card users and partner restaurants via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy.
• Guide customers through meal card features, including balance checks, transaction history, and mobile app usage.
• Troubleshoot payment issues, including card activation, PIN retrieval, and account access.
• Support merchants with payment acceptance, terminal setup, and resolving technical issues.
• Escalate complex or technical cases to specialized teams, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to resolve recurring issues and improve service quality.
• Collect and share customer feedback to enhance the overall user experience and product features.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail and empathy.
• Ability to work with multiple digital tools, CRM systems, and chat/email platforms.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or payment solutions is a plus.
