French Customer Support for DJI - Lisbon

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French regarding DJI products and services.
• Assist customers with product setup, usage instructions, and troubleshooting common issues.
• Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, and compatibility.
• Document customer interactions clearly to facilitate continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve advanced technical issues effectively.
• Stay updated on new product releases and software updates to provide accurate information.
• Provide feedback from customers to improve product offerings and service quality.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in technology or electronics, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with drones or similar technology is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex inquiries with patience.
• Proficient in using customer service software and online platforms.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
