French Customer Support in Porto

Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls from our customers.

Welcome and advise our customers.

Offer personalised solutions on every call.

Live the company's culture and share it on a daily basis with your colleagues.

Requirements:

Native-level French and proficient English.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.

Being based in Porto.

 Holder of EU citizenship or 

Working Schedule:

Monday to Saturday, 07:00 AM 07:00 PM (Rotating shifts)

Five working days with two days off.

Days-off are depending on the shift schedules
