French Customer Support in Porto

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Guide customers through product features and functionalities to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer support.
  
• Identify and communicate recurring customer issues to the product and development teams.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company updates, and industry trends to better assist customers.
• Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices within the team.

Qualifications:

• French Fluent
• English B2 level
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
