About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international travel technology project in Porto.

In this role, you will support business travelers and corporate clients, helping them with travel bookings, platform-related inquiries, and providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling travel arrangements
• Provide accurate information about travel services and company policies
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
• Collect customer feedback to support continuous improvement

Requirements

• French (Native / C2)
• English (C1)
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (travel industry experience is an advantage)
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Legal right to work in Portugal is mandatory

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 – 17:00
• Saturday & Sunday off

Compensation & Benefits

• €1,000 gross/month
• Meal Allowance: €7.63/day
