We are seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a fast-paced, customer-centric operation in Portugal. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality customer experiences, acting as a trusted point of contact for French-speaking markets while ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and brand consistency.
The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset and thrives in an international, performance-driven environment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction and quality standards
Manage complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
Document interactions and outcomes in internal CRM systems with high data accuracy
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (operations, QA, training) to optimize customer journeys
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Ensure full compliance with company policies, processes, and data protection standards
Native or fluent French (C1/C2 level required)
Good command of English (minimum B2 for internal communication and documentation)
Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or customer support is preferred
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment
High level of professionalism, reliability, and adaptability
Willingness to work on-site in Portugal (relocation support may be provided, if applicable)
