We are currently looking for a fluent French-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international company in Porto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat

• Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Accurately document customer interactions

• Collaborate with internal teams when necessary

Requirements:

• Fluent French (mandatory)

• Good level of English (B2 or higher)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Availability to work on-site in Porto, Monday to Friday
