French Speaking Customer Advisor

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Porto office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers, providing top-notch support and solutions. This is a fully on-site position, allowing you to work closely with a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art facility. Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not essential; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats in French, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product and service-related questions, billing inquiries, technical support, and general troubleshooting.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and solutions.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and update customer records in our database accurately and efficiently.
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product changes, company policies, and best practices.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights, feedback, and innovative ideas for improving customer service processes.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in French: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French are mandatory.
• Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others and provide excellent service.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
