Are you a fluent French speaker who loves helping people through online communication? We're excited to find enthusiastic Customer Advisors to join our on-site team in Porto, Portugal! You'll be working on a dynamic project for a world-renowned social media platform. While we can't share the exact name due to confidentiality, you'll definitely be part of a brand that connects millions globally.

What You'll Be Doing: Delivering Digital Support Excellence

As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our users, offering top-notch support exclusively via email and chat. Your main goal is to ensure every interaction is positive, efficient, and leaves the customer satisfied. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Providing Stellar French Support: Communicating with customers in French through email and chat, addressing their questions, and offering clear, empathetic, and effective solutions. Your strong written French will be key!
  • Becoming a Platform Expert: Quickly gaining a deep understanding of the project's platform features, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Skillful Problem-Solving: Accurately diagnosing customer issues and guiding them through resolution steps. For more complex challenges, you'll expertly escalate them to the right internal teams for a quick solution.
  • Meticulous Record-Keeping: Thoroughly documenting all customer interactions and resolutions in our system. This helps us track issues and ensure consistent service.
  • Spotting Trends: Proactively identifying common feedback or issues. Your observations will help us continuously improve our services and the platform itself.
  • Seamless Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth support and a cohesive customer experience.
  • Driving Satisfaction: Consistently striving to meet and exceed our service targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Learning: Staying updated with new platform features, updates, and support processes, so you're always ready to help effectively.


Who We're Looking For: Your Profile

  • Exceptional French (C2 level): You're completely fluent in written French, crucial for chat and email support.
  • Proficient English (B2 level): This is essential for internal communication, training, and working with our diverse team.
  • Customer-Focused: You genuinely enjoy helping people and are deeply committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong Problem-Solver: You have excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, helping you tackle challenges effectively.
  • Adaptable & Collaborative: You're comfortable working independently but also thrive as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
  • Highly Organized: You can efficiently manage multiple customer interactions and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexible: You're open to working various shifts as needed (we'll discuss specifics during your interview).
  • Experience? Great, But Not Required! While previous experience in customer service or digital support is a plus, it's not a strict prerequisite. We're eager to train motivated individuals ready to start their career!
  • Legal Work Documents (Essential): You must possess valid legal documents allowing you to live and work in the European Union/Portugal.
