Key Responsibilities

Your daily duties extend beyond standard customer service. You will play an essential role in the digital payments sector, ensuring smooth financial transactions for users:

• Inquiry Resolution: Deliver top-tier support to French-speaking clients regarding digital transactions, payment gateway setups, and account preferences.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify software issues and provide clear, step-by-step instructions for navigating complex financial tools.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure every client interaction strictly complies with strict security standards for confidential financial data.
• Global Collaboration: Apply your English language skills to participate in international meetings and coordinate with cross-border teams.
• Product Development: Log recurring system errors and share constructive user feedback with software development teams to improve application performance.

Qualifications & Candidate Profile

We prioritize your mindset and communication abilities over prior industry experience. Background in finance or customer care is not required; our complete, fully paid training program will give you all the tools needed to excel.

Basic Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken French, alongside upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 level).
