Core Responsibilities

Your daily duties go far beyond basic customer support. You will guide clients through digital payment solutions, ensuring every transaction and interaction is smooth, accurate, and secure:

• Omnichannel Client Support: Help French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live messaging with questions regarding identity verification, digital wallets, and payment processing.
• Analytical Troubleshooting: Efficiently address and resolve complex billing questions and technical application glitches.
• Compliance & Security: Adhere strictly to financial security regulations and compliance standards to protect sensitive data and preserve payment safety.
• Global Teamwork: Coordinate with international colleagues using English to liaise with internal managers and technical experts.
• Quality Metrics: Consistently achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain outstanding service quality and promote long-term brand trust.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

We prioritize accountability, enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal skills over previous industry background. Previous fintech or financial experience is not required, as we provide a comprehensive, fully paid training program to equip you for success.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent verbal and written skills in French, alongside upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 level minimum) for corporate training and internal communication.

• Base Salary: €930 gross per month, paid across 14 annual payments (inclusive of standard Portuguese summer and Christmas allowances).
